Wonderful stay!

We loved the location and the proximity to the mall. There are good breakfast options in the restaurants. We liked our big room with King bed!

We were unaware that pool & gym are closed when booking. If this is something that you want (like us), maybe inquire first. We wanted to relax by the pool after hot day in Cebu, but it was under repair.

I keep on coming back to this hotel , rooms are spacious, beds and pillows are so comfy

breakfast is good, however i recommend having more options for international breakfast.

the centerpiece of the hotel entrance looks so cheap, please put a nice flower or a nice plant.

Breakfast is not intentional and gets cold because of high aircon , I have complained about that since 2017, but never improved.

Nice place for 1 night.

Room was nice, good size bathroom. The staff at the front desk were very nice. TV was a big, and had a few English channels.

The gym and pool are still closed. Which is a shame I can perhaps understand the pool being shut. But not sure why the gym is.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff.

The tv was not working throughout the hotel. To slow to fix. Also the gym and pool not available. Gym and pool are things that attract people to stay there. Covid restrictions on these amenities have been lifted elsewhere throughout the world. I will be staying cebu again

They automatically deducted x2 from our bank. 3k room rate but they deducted 7k plus and until now they didn't reach us out. We keep on calling but they didn't give us any updates . It's been a week but no lead time when our money will be transferred. They advised us to pay in cash since they told us that they already processed the return of the funds. We check in last Dec 31 2022 until now January 6,2023 no updates for refund.
